Accomplishments
The Conway Downtown Partnership was created with a vision for the future by revitalizing the historic downtown core of Conway. Since its inception the Conway Downtown Partnership has been responsible for fostering millions of dollars in investments in the Conway Downtown commercial core, including following private-public investments and developments:
The Conway Downtown Partnership in-concert with the City of Conway and Conway Corporation collaborated on the following streetscape projects beginning in 2003; sidewalks with brick pavers, landscaping, new period streetlights, and improvements to underground infrastructure were mandated along Front Street, Oak Street, and Parkway Streets. In 2009, public way improvements continue with the new Conway Police Station project that adds the block of Front, Deer, Chestnut & Prairie Streets to the streetscape of Downtown Conway.
