Blending the old with the new can make a property unlike any other. That’s just what Covington Properties had in mind when they purchased F&F Concrete. The former ready-mix facility has been redeveloped into Covington Towers, a multi-use facility that includes commercial, office and residential space.

The former storage structure consists of five, three-story units, each containing approximately 1,500 sq. ft., plus a striking rooftop terrace. The former batch plant is also undergoing construction, to turn it into a larger version of these most unique, live-work units.
