Urban is back. The former Steel Chevrolet building is undergoing some changes. Building owner and developer John Harwood announced plans to completely renovate the building to its original warehouse style, to the tune of $2.7 million. Stefano’s Italian Restaurant will occupy 5,000 sq. ft. of the building while the remaining 10,000 sq. ft. will be home to a special event center.

The redeveloped Steel Building will be a welcome addition to the downtown and will prompt further investment throughout Main Street.
